:explode: I was tired, went over my cals by like 800, didn't exercise...drank wine....UGH!
I was waiting for some very impt news and I guess instead of funneling that energy into a workout I sat on the couch, drank wine and ate chocolate. What a cliche!
AND I never got the news....grr....time for a major "U-Turn."

i did the same thing...went out and ate all the wrong things....i need to find a way to stop making birthdays ect an excuse for eating all the bad things tomorrow is going to be better though...my end goal is whats driving me right now...my husband is coming home from iraq in feb for 2 weeks so i plan on shocking him!0

it is so hard. I love food. I did the same thing tonight. I can't stay away from sweets....0

I had a large helping to spaghetti and meatballs and 2 chocolate chip cookies today. In my head it made sense as we were working on the house we were building.
But in hindsight...I didn't do alot of work....:grumble:0 -
