why am i so hungry the day after a binge?

My idea about this has always been because you stretch your stomach out (especially if a lot of those cals came from carbs) with all that food and so now when your stomach is empty it has a big void to fill. Think about people who are super morbidly obese that you see on TV. They can consume tens of thousands of calories because they have stretched their stomachs so much without letting it go back to normal.. Just eat what you would for a "normal" calorie intake for a few days and it should be better.
