Female weight lifting friends to help a newbie

Hi All, I have been on MFP religiously since the end of January. I am making progress but have a lot left to go.

I got great help to get on the right track from my current MFP friends and would love to have more friends that are into higher cal diet with weight lifting and light cardio. That is the path I am on right now and would love more friends that are on the same path.

I would like to see how everyone is eating on the higher cal diet. I am having a hard time getting all my calories in. I feel like I am eating all the time, and struggling to get to my minimum without resorting to eating crap.

I want to learn more about female weight lifting for strength and fat loss.

    Hi there! I am just getting into this and I'm reading new Rules of Lifting for Women, would like to start their program next month. Not sure how much I can help since I haven't totally started that path yet, but it's where I'm headed and would love to have a friend along for the right!
