Working out on top of workout program

I am planning on starting The Brazilian Butt Lift program from Beachbody (same company for P90X, Insanity, etc) and I was if it would be a bad idea to workout on top of that. I really enjoy to zumba and I would hate to have to miss classes for this program. Would it effect my results if I do more exercise on top of this program from time-to-time?

    I'm doing the P90X program as well as a spinning class at least twice a week. I would say it depends on how much you were planning to workout on top of the program but you should be fine. As long as you're eating enough to fuel your body and you have the energy I couldn't see it being a problem :) Be sure to get your rest days in as well though, your body needs them for recovery and in order to get results!

    I do P90X in addition to running 5 days a week.

    I take a full day off per week with no running or P90X. I do usually walk with my kids that day but that's about it.

    Should be fine as long as fatigue doesn't cause you to have poor form on any of the exercises you do.
