I have my Diary set to 2 lbs a week and I need 1760.

I weighed 267 on March 13th, 2012 then I weighed myself 3/23 and I was at the same weight but I noticed that my pants had a loser fit.

If I am not losing weight, is that okay? or do I need to up my calorie intake?

I would just like some opinions on how many calories I should eat for a guy weighing 267 5'9 White and Big Built. I am Belgium Decedent so broad shoulders.

Right now I have a waist of 39.

In a nut shell I would just like some advice.

Thank You.

You're gaining muscle. Nothing to worry about. I did an intense cross-fit boot camp class, and gained 2 lbs at the end of it! Luckily, they had a scale that measured much more:
    I lost 4% BF
I gained 6 lbs of muscle
My BMR went up by nearly 500 cals a day
    My bone density increased

    etc,etc,etc

Try getting to a gym or wellness center that has one of these scales. It will make a huge difference in how you view your body and weight loss.

You may want to consider the quality of the calories that you consume. I see that you eat a lot of fast food and processed food. Try for whole foods, lean protein, veggies, fruits, whole grains etc. A lot of people think that they can fill their calorie goal with whatever they want as long as it's not over. It's really important to remember to eat for a beautiful body, inside and out. You're welcome to check out my diary... don't pay much mind to the past 3 days... haha but I am trying to consume more carlories daily and start drinking protein shakes (so gross to me!!) which I see that you do, and that's awesome!! Good luck!

i noticed you dont have saturated fat on your diary and you need to cause thats the stuff you need to steeer clear of. good fats are fine but saturates bad. also you still consume fizzy pop, cheese and chocolate. all three are the worst things you can have. get rid of them and watch your portion sizes. little and often of low fat healthy foods get the goals. no other way im affraid!

Do you really equate cheese (in reasonable quantities) with sugary soda? Cheese is fine in moderation! So is chocolate. And soda for that matter, if you are willing to work it into your day (I'm not). I'm going to be eating this way for the rest of my life, so I don't see any point in restricting things I know I'm going to want to eat from now on.
