Kashi oatmeal!
Definitely oatmeal. I had the same problem so I started eating oatmeal with skim milk and either fresh or dried berries (make sure you watch portion size with dried fruit). It really sticks to your ribs and keeps the morning going.0 -

Im trying to get back into eating breakfast. I have to be at work early so I hate having to get up to cook anything.
I made this this morning and actually enjoyed it:
1/4 Cup Ricotta

2 Med. Strawberries cut up into small pieces
Directions
Mix the Ricotta and Yogurt until smooth. Scoop into a Cup or Bowl. Sprinkle the granola and strawberries on top. Enjoy!

i love multigrain cheerios
however, a hard boiled egg or 2 is nothing to shake a stick at, and it is super filling0 -
If I am hungry mid morning, I tend to adjust my protein intake. Getting protein early in the day seems to keep the cravings away. Eggs are a great start to the day!0

Lately I'm loving loving old fashioned oats with cinnamon & splenda mixed in and maybe a few raisins. yummo- Cindy0
-
1 cup of total raisin bran
.5 cup fresh blueberries
1 container of yoplaits yoplus digestive light yogurt
This has over 10 grams of fiber, less than 300 calories, and will keep you full and tastes super great!0 -
Cottage cheese and canteloupe or yogurt and granola, I am always very full after either one.0
-
greek yogurt with berries and granola
or
tortilla with veggies (I use peppers, onions, tomato & spinach) and cheese grilled or toasted
or
instant oatmeal - yum!0 -
I have the same problem, and so I break up my breakfsast into two parts. I eat a bowl of cereal (low cal like kashi or special k) with 1/2 fruit and low fat milk. Then around 10-10:30 when I'm hungry again I eat a low fat yogurt or a string sheese and piece of fruit.
Smaller meals every few hours do me a lot of good and keep me from binge eating.
Good luck!0 -
If you're looking for something super-filling, I would have to side with the oatmeal people. You won't be hungry again for a long time; I used to eat it for breakfast every morning when I was a kid, and you know how fast kids get hungry, especially when they're really active0
-
or something with peanut butter in it. That always kept me full for a long time as well. Just make sure you don't overdo it with the peanut butter; I'm not sure how many calories it has0
-
Breakfast:
3/4 cup Kashi GO Lean cereal (it counts as a protein, whereas Spec K counts as a carb)
1.5 ounces of fruit (blueberries, raspberries, etc)
1/2 cup skim milk
Mid morning snack:
HMR Breakfast drink- 100 calories, it has protein in it0 -
Special K protein plus has way more protein in it and you actually have to add back in some carbs to balance it out.0
-
Good to know Thinsky= I will look for Spec K Protein, vs Spec K original0
-
 Yes definetly do and it tastes good!!!!!0
-
I switch it up. I either have:
Cereal and cottage cheese
egg creations in a whole wheat wrap or
fruit smoothie0 -
My favorite breakfast is 1-2 eggs mixed with two tablespoons of salsa scrambled. I don't know how healthy it is but it sure is good0
