Halfway - with pictures

I asked my wife to take a couple of body shots of myself after my halfway goal (46lbs out of 91lbs). I didn't really realize the change until I saw these side by side. I feel great!

    Good job! i've lost almost 40 and could not see the difference either,except that my clothes are too big. I went to dinner with some old highschool friends who had not seen me in a few months and everyone was commenting on what i was doing because I looked so good :) Great ego booster! LOL! Keep up the good work, its so worth it to get healthy and feel better!
