Hello out there - I could do with some buddies

Hi, I am starting out on MFP. I am overweight for the first time in my life, altho I have been struggling at the higher end of normal for about 5 years. I feel like I need to get to know my body all over again. I have the usual post pregnancy woes including having developed pretty bad eating habits and sore knees.
I want a body I am happy with, thats fit and strong and that I am proud of when I see it in the mirror.
I am planning to get fit at home and to try out some new ways of getting fit - maybe boxing or a martial art. Or something fun like dancing.
I'm going to log my food regularly and blog frequently. I would love a few fitness pals to motivate and help motivate me. I dont want to invite friends from RL just yet.

  • I do kickboxing 4 times a week!! It's a great workout and totally fun! I have lost almost 12 pounds and 4 inches from my waist since starting in January!! Feel free to add me if you like!
