Motivations and Support Needed..

Is there a time your motivation hits a slump after 30 days...I was all excited and then all of sudden not feeling that way. Maybe it is just me. I did not do good at all.today. I did not exercise and I really didn't eat the right things or not enough foods. Suggestions and motivation needed. My husband is not doing this healthy eating with me so it gets very hard for me. I want to keep this up for me and no one else.

Tomorrow's a new day. Everyone has those mess up days--it's motivation to get up try again. You can accomplish your goal because you've proven to yourself that you could lose the 10 lbs you've already lost! :flowerforyou:
Did you see that there's a biggest loser group on MFP? I just joined it today. If you're competitive, maybe it'll help a little with the motivation.
I found a lot of support today when I needed it. Although we're doing this to get healthy for ourselves, it's tough when the loved ones aren't as supportive as you need. My boyfriend is the same way, he'll go out and get jack in the box or wendy's... it's really hard.
