Hi i am new to this site and i am looking for support. I dont have a preference to how much weight someone is losing, or how close anyone is to their goal, i would just like some encouraging people. I am having a hard time sticking to my workouts and feeling drained all the time, so helpful advice would be great. I will accept anyone! :)

    To add a friend, click on the down arrow under their picture (or icon), then click on their profile. Click add as friend in their profile, send a message if you like, and there you have it!!! I'll add you as my friend also! Together, I know we can all accomplish our individual goals! :bigsmile:
