Hey, I started this one week ago and have lost 3lbs so far:) Its been hard this week but I'm getting into it now, its just choosing the right choices. I thought I could do with some friends on here for motivation, anyone?

Best of luck. The first two weeks I almost gave up so many times. I constantly felt hungry. HOwever my body got used to it! now I"m loving the process and seeing results!0 -
You can all feel free to add me, I've been losing weight for a year so far and have managed not to be hungry, if I was hungry I would fail, I just know I wouldn't be able to stick to it. Good luck everybody :happy:0

3 lbs in a week is awesome! Just make sure that you don't change too much too quick... you want to make sure this is sustainable!

Feel free to add me if you're looking for more friends. I'm on here almost every day and I try to give constructive feedback on a consistent basis. I must warn you though... I'm gonna read your diary before I say "way to go" for coming in under your calorie count! If you eat 500 calories in a day, or it's all junk, I'll call you on it... in a constructive way. AND, if you're making good choices, I'm likely to steal some of your meal ideas for myself!
