Hiya. This is the first time i have ever posted on a message board. I have always had issues and insecurities about my weight and have decided that now is the time to change for the better. I have a special birthday this year and my goal is to fit into a stunning dress and love the person i see in the mirror. Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks lovely like-minded people. :))
