I have lost 7lbs, i havent measured myself but my clothes dont feel any different. Before my stomach was solid but it now feels all wobbly any tips on good exercises to help me firm up?

Usually when your belly fat gets jiggly it means your fat cells have released fat and retained water. It's part of the recomposition phase of weight loss. It's normal. Just keep drinking water and doing what you are doing. Eventually the cells will release the water and you should see more loss on the scale plus less jiggle. Can't reduce the fat in one area and there isn't much you can do to firm that jiggle.0
