I saw this on the Dr. Oz show yesterday but I tweeked it a little bit.
2 frozen bananas
2-3 frozen strawberries
1 tbsp vanilla
1/4 cup of milk (Dr. Oz used water but I wanted it creamier - he also added nutmeg but I don't like nutmeg)
I also added a tsp of almond flavoring.
Put it all in the blender & you have 4 small bowls of fake ice cream! 78 calories per serving!

It's really good with a bit of almond milk. I make this all the time.
Almond milk....Coconut milk?????do I live in the dark ages....lol
Do I dare try them...hmmmm not a very brave person
OMG you do not know what you're missing!!!!!! Go buy a small container of Almond milk I promise you you won't regret it. I don't like soy so I don't buy the Silk brand I buy the Blue Diamond brand. Make sure it's in the refrigerated section too.0 -
