I am a runner... ish I have seen better days (former marathons and halves...) Lately I have been content running 5 miles a day--and no plans for races in the future... But I always love talking to runners! They are good people! 0

I'm a runner; although my marathon running days r probably behind me and I'm not training for any races at the moment, I still run about 4x a week to supplement my circuit training workouts. Feel free to add me as a friend.0

I just started running and just finished week 1 of c25k. I signed up to run a 5k in June.

I am new to this site and a new runner! I can't get very far right now but am alternating 60 seconds of running and 90 seconds of walking for 30 minutes to start out.
I would love a few friends to keep me motivated to get up in the mornings and going running and lose some weight!

Add me too! I have been running since the 6th grade and run more often in my sleep than I sleep-walk. Am training for a 5K right now, so I'd love to have the support and to support others.
