Has anyone found specific books useful tools for their healthy lifestyle?
EDIT I don't just mean weight loss specifically, could be recipes, exercises, tips and tricks, foods, mindfulness etc

Body for life?
Although I take ALL nutritional advice with a grain of salt. I suggest you definetly do the same with the new rules of lifting. The calorie plan is 1700 or 2000 a day, and he hounds that we should always consume 5-6 meals a day.

i read the triathlon books by joe friel. "your first triathlon" and "triathletes training bible." while those may appear goal specific, they talk about running, swimming, cycling, strength training, rest, nutrition, and the mind and soul.0

I'm also reading Jackie Warner's book right now and I really like it. I've also recently read Chaleen Johnson's new one PUSH- it's helpful for goal setting and not necessarily limited to fitness.0 -
I also have read Jackie Warner's book and Jillian Micheals fitness books. My favorite are Bethenny Frankels Skinnygirl and especially love Chalene Johnson's new book : Push. It's a wonderful book for goals and fitness.0
