Goals for the new week - what are yours?

Its the beginning of a new week :smile:

My realistic goals are to go to the gym 3x.
Road Cycle 2x.
And go for 5-10km Walk 3x.
These goals are realistic for me and my situation. What are your goals for the week?

    I love this! I have to set tons of daily and weekly goals to help me stay on track! This week:
    go swimming at least once!
    go biking outside!
    to push myself harder during yoga :)
    and to cut back on chocolate goodies!

    My goals for the week are:

    - to burn at least 360 calories each work out
    - get serious about weight training so I can build lean muscle and lose more fat!
    - cut down on my sodium - I did pretty well with this last week, so I am going to be even more conscious this week

    Cycle to and from work twice this week (60 km round trip each day), walk x 40 mins twice, and 45 minutes of one swimming session.

    First walk completed! (It's Monday am here in Australia)
  • For this week my goals are --
    to stop with the daily weighing myself and go to only 2 times this week
    to continue running/doing the shred
    to make myself take one true rest day
    to add another mile to my long run at the end of the week
