For charity xx Loved it, took pics and wow, feeling good.............

My quads are not that bad, but waiting for tomorrow........ xx

The things we do for charity huh !! The looks I got getting to the venue ...

Yes we did stop several times, jumped up and down and gave the legs so love xx

I done it, cant believe it.......... I lunged a mile!! LOL will be careful what I sign up for next time xxxxxx

    Amazing! That is really great! Can I ask how long it took you to lunge a mile? No way I could do it. I have to stop after about 20 lunges.

    Wow thank you all.......

    It took just under an hour!! Small children where passing.. Bless... People where walking past...

    Not able to count as was cheering everyone one and shouting at people on the side to put there hands together and clap!! LOL But 1609 meters in a mile, so about a meter a lunge??? So around 1609 lunges, they where amazing to start with and at the end where there where loads of people, but in the middle, they went a bit higher me thinks xxxxxxxxxxxx

    Need a pic of the face paint I put on as a warrior.. LOL but misplaced my phone!! Aggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh xxxxxxxx

    CONGRATS to you!! that is amazing..my legs where shaking after like 30 lunges when i tried to do as many as i could :sick:

    A mile is 1609 meters, so about a meter a lunge... So about 1609 lunges...
