    Fabulous work, you look great. I like the idea of measuring your belt and using that as motivation, I never thought of that. I had to go out and buy new ones lol

    Thanks people ... but without the support of everyone on here I would most probably have given it all up already (my history is not so good with maintaining the exercise routines).

    My wife is actually not so supportive - she is concerned I am going to throw her tubby butt to the curb when I am skinny and handsome. Also her previous bloke used to cheat on his wife telling her he was going to the gym .....

    She doesn't feel that she needs to exercise and has a phobia about the sun turning her skin darker (its an Asian thing apparently). So I am going it alone. But I guess that means if I end up failing I can only blame myself :)
