I'm Not Worried,

I'm doing a lifestyle change not a diet....If I don't lose weight one week, another week I put on a measly 600g then I've decided not to start worrying that I won't get to my goal....

I'm not worried at how long it will take me to get there.....I have lost 13kg (26.6lbs) since early August....If I had never found MFP then that probably would have been a gain......

I eat what I want but in moderation....I no longer eat Red Rooster, Hungry Jacks, KFC, or McDonalds....Way too much salt and calories for me.....I much prefer to spend my cals one other stuff.....

    I love your attitude! I don't care how long it takes me to lose the rest of the weight, because this is more than just a diet.

    Up until recently, I was all about it being a diet, but when I was upset over simple water gain, I decided to look at it like you are. It's a great way to look at things. It really does help too. :D

    I have actually love 28.6lbs.....

    I've got enough on my plate without worrying about will I gain....Hopefully there are more of us on here that think the same way......Sometimes I think some are trying to out do others....
