Eating exercise calories a bit nervous but excited

So, after doing alot of research and reading alot of forums regarding this issue, I've decided to eat back some exercise calories.
My weight loss has stalled and has never been far fast to begin with..LOL I've been eating 1200 calories and exercising 3-5 days a week burning a minimum of 400 calories.
So....I was a little nervous about eating more as we are taught eat less move more..but, I do think it's worth giving it a shot.

I`ve just started eating my exercise calories back aswell. Only lost 11b last week even after doing several aerobics classes and treadmill etc and sticking to 1200 cals. I lost more when i was just following the 1200 cals. I cant manage to eat all my exercise calories but have mostly gained half, so will see what happens on friday next week when i have my weigh in..yikes..am totally nervous now!!
