when i walk

why is it when i walk my fingers swell?......i drink 8+ glasses of water a day and my sodium levels are within my goal and always lower than my daily goal....it only happens when walking or working out
any ideas?

Are you swinging your arms when you walk? This is not uncommon, so don't panic! Try bending at the elbows and swing opposite arm to leg when you walk. It will go away, it just means that you are getting more circulation to and area that probably didn't get so much before.....
I had this issue too and my doc gave me the advice I just gave. It really did go away! If you are concerned, just give your doc a call.0 -
Hi. My hands did that also.. My doctor told me to walk with my thumbs up. Elbows bent. Good luck.. This is a simple solution that really worked for me...0
