Ripped in 30: Who wants to join me?

Hi MFP,
I just completed Jillian Michaels' 30-day shred workout program and lost 12 inches total off of my neck, arms, waist, belly, hips and thighs. I also lost 7 lbs since starting on MFP on 02/12/12. I loved the fast results I got with Jillian that I decided to follow it up with her Ripped in 30. I just completed Day 2 of Ripped. I am looking for motivation and friends with common goals. If you are interested, inbox me so I can add you and we can embark on this fit journey together! I must say I am loving Ripped and enjoying it more than Shred because I am stronger overall and have built more endurance. I love the challenge her workouts bring and how each move works out different muscle groups.
For those of you who are further into Ripped or have completed it, what were your results like? And how many days did you spend on each of the 4 weeks/levels?

There are a bunch of Ripped in 30 groups. There are even ongoing Jillian Michaels groups. Do a quick search in the Groups area.0

Thanks for responding guys! Ripped in 30 is a DVD by Biggest Loser trainer, Jillian Michaels.. Google it/YouTube it and u can also read reviews on Amazon. I completed her 30-day shred and lost 12 inches total and 7 lbs. I look forward to losing a similar amount of inches on this one So far, I have completed day 2 and I am loving it! I definitely think Shred prepared me well for this one0

Hello, I think I'll join you. I had started the program about 2wks ago and was on week 2 than life got busy and we had some medical issues with my daughter so I gave up. I don't have a whole lote of motivation to start it again but its something I really need to do so I have to get started tomorrow. My sister is getting married in a couple weeks and I want to lose more weight before than. I'm also doing Turbo Jam and I really love that! Oh and I'm 5'2" and 130 lbs.0
