The thing you eat most frequently

What is on the top of your frequently used foods? Mine is Cederlane Organic Burritos from Costco. I love these things and even though people are afraid I would be gassy from eating so many, it doesn't really affect me that much.

What is yours?

  • Every day I eat the same thing for breakfast. Sugar free Maple and Brown Sugar oatmeal from GreatValue and a glass of V8 juice.

Fage yogurt is my favorite snack!! I used to eat two a day, but I've just recently given them up to cut back on sugar.

My "Most Used" is Tostitos Baked Scoops, although I would think cottage cheese with strawberries or blueberries & slivered almonds would be since I eat that almost every day for breakfast.

I love them too! I love them with hot peppers especially, but very salty! Need to watch the sodium intake as well.

My "frequent" list is different on my iPhone and my computer... Pink Lady apples on one and homemade zuccini muffins on another.
The apples I think is correct but I've only been eating the muffins for a few weeks - I think it must be a mix of frequent and recent.

Egg white omlet with lots of veggies, reduced fat cheddar and some Jimmy Dean Turkey sausage crumbles. Protein starts the day right.

Chiobani Greek plain with frozen mixed berries and a touch of honey....huge bowl full for around 300 cals

Bulk steel cut oats from our local health food store. Creamy, chewy and filling.

Flat out sundried tomato flat bread, Prego pizzeria style pizza sauce, Hormel Turkey Pepperoni, veggies and Crystal Farms reduced fat Provolone cheese... Makes an awesome pizza

Creamer, oatmeal, blueberries and a med banana. I have this every morning for breakfast. I love oatmeal with blueberries so much that sometimes I have it for supper too!
  • Nasoya wonton wrappers

I use them in place of bread when making grilled cheese - no butter or mayo needed, just two wrappers and some cheese and you're good to go. They're so addictive.
