Slip up

This weekend was a big slip up. Didn't log food and decided to, in a sense, "indulge." I feel bad for doing it. I feel guilty. And angry that I got off track. At least tomorrow is a brand new day!
What do you like to tell yourself in order to not let this happen?

Just forgive yourself, and move on. Tomorrow will be here soon, and you will have the opportunity to benefit from learning from your mistakes.
If I could go back in time twenty years, I'd tell me to forgive myself and not to give up on myself. Had I done that then, I wouldn't have as much to lose now.0 -
Life involves slip-ups. You aren't on a diet - you've made a lifestyle change. I don't know anybody who never makes any mistakes or never slips up in life. Helenatrandom is right - forgive yourself and start again tomorrow. Every day is brand new, with no mistakes in it yet.
I'm looking at my calorie intake and output as a weekly average. Focusing too much on a single day kinda makes you crazy, doesn''t it? It's like weighing yourself every day - it only frustrates you.
Give yourself permission to be human, evaluate what might have contributed to the slip up, and give serious thought to ways that you can help yourself prevent it from happening again.
Because you're worth it! :-D0 -
Tomorrow Tomorrow! No excuses tomorrow though! We can't be perfect all the time. Sometimes we have to just be human.0
