Any good pointers or routines that work?

I'm trying to lose 5 kilos (currently 58kgs, want to go down to 53kgs) and mainly tone my thighs because I really dislike the extra flabby bits. I still want to be curvy and not too skinny (I like a womanly body) & Im kind of lucky in that area as my body shape is hour glass.
I've been eating around 1400 - 1600 calories now and exercise 45 minutes to an hour every day. I usually eat a bit of cheat/junk food every day so I don't end up binging a week later. I want to cut it out to only a day a week but I get terribly cravings, so any solutions? Also I've been trying to get my stamina up because when I go bike-riding or for a jog, I swear I feel like a smoker cause I barely can keep it up for a straight 3 minutes lol. So any tips, exercise routines, food intake, experience that could help me out?? Please guys help out and thanks in advance! (:
