Should I just log 2 yolks and one white? I wasn't expecting this this morning and now my calorie count will be all wonky today

Most of the calories, fat,. nutrients etc are in the yolk. So if you log 2 whole eggs, you'll only be overstating by one egg white (which is what - 10, 20 caloires?) Not enough to skew your whole diary.0

I would not worry over the calories. When you have a double yolk the yolks are smaller than normal yolks. If you weighed the egg it would most likely fall into the next size grade like a jumbo instead of a large. I et farm eggs all the time and just log large egg even though some are smaller and some are larger. I figure it equals out over time.0

I agree with that. Double yolks are usually smaller, so there won't be too many extra calories. I wouldn't worry about it.0
