So Ive been dieting/excersizing since the 2nd week in feb. Ive lost more weight then I expected so Im happy with that. However, my weight loss isnt consistent..sort of?? I cant go 3 to 4 days with out loosing anything at all, then for days in a row I loose as much as 1 pound a day?? Does this seem odd to anyone else..lol?

Its actually normal to not be "consistent" so dont let it discourage you when you hit those times when you dont lose. You're doing awesome!0

Take a look at what you are eating on the days you lost.0

Same for me. I can lose four pounds in four days and then nothing for two weeks. I think it has a lot to do with my menstrual cycle, water weight or even my digestive system speed. I started keeping a chart - its a lot less frustrating when I can see a nice downward trend
over all- and I don't worry so much about those periods of not losing.0 -

Exactly. Weight loss is not consistent. Some weeks you lose, some you don't. This is why you shouldn't weigh yourself more than once a week.0 -

Well, ahem... I didn't say that.....0 -
I've had to learn not to weigh myself but maybe once a week.
the inconsistencies of our daily routines can drastically change the numbers on the scale. water intake, full stomach, whether we've gone to the bathroom, etc etc0
