hello! i am starting back at this liviing healthy lifestyle. i know i get easily discouraged and I am looking for support. more then happy to offer support back as well. i know it is easier to do with a buddy! :happy:

    you got it...i am headed out the door right now but will see you later on here..when discouraged get to exercising and it will pass..you can do this!!!
