Doubling up on exercise

If I do 2 cardio workouts on day A instead of 1 workout each day on day A and B does it have the same results?

My 2 cents is - benefits to the heart, probably neither here nor there. Benefits to weight loss, totally dependant on your calories being a little lower than your TDEE so depends if you want to eat more or not. I was going nuts with the exercise for a while there but I've really eased off now, doesn't matter if I miss a day here or there, upped my calories quite a bit too. Supposed to be maintaining but think I might be losing oh so slowly. So, slow down, reap the rewards of your hard work. (but don't be a stranger to strength training, I suspect).0

Are you asking if 2 -30 minute sessions is the same effect as 1 60 minute session?0
