      There have been times when I really had to push myself to stick with the program, but with the support of my family and the awesome friends that I have found on MFP I have been able to keep the ship moving in the right direction. Thanks to all of you who have helped me, and continue to support me in this journey of a lifetime! :happy:

      What was your program? I'm in my 50s and finding out what worked in my younger years for losing weight isn't working today.
