4 inches in 3 weeks!

... from my waist, hips, and thighs. My body looks a little tighter, my clothes a little looser! I've had a handful of comments from coworkers and friends :)

I know that's not a huuuge loss, but considering one of those weeks was Spring Break, where I didn't diet at all, I'm pretty stoked! For exercise, I've been running primarily and even in that short time have noticed an increase in my stamina and speed. Earlier this year I was barely able to jog at 5.5mph for 5 minutes, and now I can easily run a mile at 7mph and have been doing intervals of 10mph, too.

Getting in shape feels so good!

    That's awesome! And a loss is a loss, especially when it comes to inches!

    I think inches lost is a bigger deal than pounds lost...cause that means you are changing your body composition...which means fat loss
