Whoo Hoo - No I didn't have surgury (which is what people are asking me!)
I am not following weight watchers, Jenny, or other program.
I found MFP and am being religious about what I eat and how much I move!!!

Looking forward to going shopping soon. And not going back - so giving away my size 18-20-22-24W spring/summer clothes on Pass Around support group here.

Thank you all for words of encouragement every day!

BEFORE: this is around 240 Pounds in October 2011
AFTER: February 2012, around 190 Pounds

    I find that people are always looking for the 'special secret' to weight loss. People seem so shocked when they hear that someone lost weight by being careful about what they eat and getting more exercise.

    You look terrific and should be proud of all your hard work.

    This is awesome! I just started and your post give me hope it can be done! I'd like to lose up to 100lbs but setting short term goals to get there. Keep up the great work, your post gives me the motiviation this can be done with dedication and hard work. I know its not going be easy but I'm hoping this site will keep me accountable for my action and hopefully will bring me result. Keep up your good work!
