I want to know what supplements to take. I have been on Bodybuilding.com. My goal is to be competitive in Bikini Competitions. I have a long ways to go. But Im just getting started and I want to know how to stack? Can anyone tell me:sad:

well you have already taken a great first step by going to bb.com, they have a women's stack that jamie eason recomneds for her live fit program, its a good place to start. my personal views are that i try and keep supplements to a minimum whenever i can, so a multi vitamin, protein, post workout recovery.. is my foundation then occasionally ill add something else to experiment, once you get you nutrition down and figure your macros out that you want to be at to compete then use supplements to fill the gaps, dont just take something to take something, there are plenty of competitors out there that dont take a lot of supplements but still look great!

Thanks so much!! I didn't even see anything on her livefit about supplements. I must've missed it. I am with ya on taking minimal supplements. A lot of days I need that extra energy for my workout. I used to take hydroxycut but man, that doesn't something horrible to my stomach. So I am looking for a good multi for woman and a thermogenic and a recovery and protein for sure. Just wasn't sure if I should do anything else. I'll check her out. Thanks again!0
