What is a 'glass'?

Television and MFP are constantly telling me to drink 8 glasses of water a day. I would like to think I drink plenty but when I look at it realistically it's about 4 pints a day on average. If I'm honest I don't think I could manage much more as my friend already mocks me for my 'old lady bladder' and I don't often find myself willing to drink much more than what's required to quench my thirst.

So what would you, my MFP friends, consider as a 'glass of water'? Are 4 pints insufficient?

A "glass" of water is 8 fluid oz. So 8 - 8 oz glasses is 64 oz which is 1/2 gallon. So 1 pint would be 2 "glasses" and if you are drinking 4 pints, that would be 8 "glasses". So 4 pints is sufficient

Also ... the requirement is 64 ounces of liquids from ANY source, including your food. so you are likely getting more than enough.

    That's perfect, thank you

I couldn't really bear drinking more unless a major workout is involved.
