I'm looking to gain 30 "healthy" pounds. What are some good ways to increase calorie intake?

Are you trying to bulk up muscle wise, or are you struggling with the vicious mess of being underweight?

There's a HUGE difference between the two.

Ultimately I would love to bulk up. I have stayed the same weight for 4 ish years now and I have just now started to do something about it. I am trying to add 30 to 35 pounds by October or November.

Thanks guys! I wasn't sure if this was just a fat camp but it looks like it is also a skinny camp!

You need to hit the gym I would imagine as you would bulk up more fat than muscle really if you don't exercise.

Just eat above your calorie requirements and lift heavy weights. Eat lots of protein to feed the muscle as well. I suggest 40P/40C/20F or at least 30P/40C/30F

If you do at least 3 sessions of 1-1.5 hours per week, skipping a day in between, you can up your calories by 1000 over requirement. Just check the fat % every now and then and adjust accordingly.

Not impossible, as long as you realize it is going to come with some fat.
