I've decided not to exercise anymore

Instead I will do activities. "Working out" is boring, and I'm not very motivated to do it. Weights, running... even listening to enjoyable music or podcasts, I was not having any fun.

I've recently found myself a climbing buddy, and will go climbing in my town's climbing gym two or three times a week. There's my strength training. I used to climb a lot in high school, and I'm excited to get back into it.

My cardio is dancing. I am training to be a ballroom dance instructor, so I currently dance about six hours a week. It's not strenuous enough for me to break out in a sweat, but it's so much fun and I love it so much.

Things I want to try: yoga and running. I am going to sign up for a 5k in July with my friends, so my training for it will be a trial to see if I like running enough to make it a permanent part of my routine. I want to try yoga to become more flexible, but if after a week or two of trying it I don't like it, I will stick to just stretching. If it turns out I don't enjoy these things, oh well. I still have my other activities. I refuse to do things that I don't enjoy (besides going to work, doing chores, etc. But those are unavoidable.)

What activities do you guys do?

Finding something that gets you moving and that you enjoy can only help ya reach your healthy lifestyle goals.

I actually don't mind "formal" exercises at the gym (treadmill, eliptical, stair treadmill, etc). I've found that since
I've been working out reglarly, I have so much energy that I HAVE to move or I'll go nuts lol. I am however,
always looking for new things to try- to fight teh boredome factor and to keep my self challanged, I have completed
two 5K's, an indoor triathalon and will compete in my first Warrior Dash in May. I'm looking foward to trying
indoor rock climbing in the near future.

As far as I'm concerned the most important thing about the activities anyone does is that they enjoy them and are likely to continue with them.

No one can tell you that the only path to fitness and good health is x or y, it's all goal based, and they're your goals.
