Rookie starting week 2.

Week one was easy. Week two not so much. I find myself forgetting to log foods, and not concentrating on the choices for better meals.

any advice?

  • This may sound kinda demented, but I look at it as a game. I have 1400 pts in a day to lose and I have to mark what I eat and watch what it is because I can't go under 0. It sounds kinda silly typing it out here, but it works for me...
