you can do it. You just have to stay motivated. Also, use your kids - they want to play, so get up and go for a walk, take them to the park, ride bikes, etc. Don't put any food in your house that you shouldn't be eating - don't add tempation. Exercise when you can, eat healthy, drink lots of water and you will see results!

I have two children as well. After #2 I lost the all but 5lbs of the weight, but then got on some new birth control and the weight crept back on. At 155 I knew I had to do something and that is when I found MFP. There are some amazing people here!!
Best of luck on your journey!0 -
Weight in the 1st picture: 165
Weight in the 2nd picture: 143
I was at my highest weight when I found out I was pregnant (180 lbs because my thyroid shut down.) I then tipped the scales at 221 the day my son was born. I lost 26 pounds my first week postpartum and then stalled at 188 until joining myfitnesspal in April 2011. I dropped down to 165 and stayed there until January 2012 when I decided enough was enough. I am now at 140 and can't wait to continue toning up!
