I currently live in Advance and I am on my second week of P90X, I need to keep my focus and get myself back in shape, but motivating myself is getting to be more difficult every day! I could really use a partner and someone to yell at me and keep me motivated. It doesnt have to be P90X anything active would be great! I do own a bike that I havent rode in years. I just need a partner in crime. I would really like to drop some weight and tone up by the summer and having someone or people to do it with would make a world of difference. Feel free to send me an email @ wavegrvy@gmail.com

I don't know if you are looking for a "Male" buddy or not but I am starting p90x tonight and could definitely use a motivator too. Please feel free to "friend" me.

Hello to both of you! I am on week 5 of p90x. I would be happy to have a few p90x buddies too! I've got 2 frineds right now that have done it but are doing different things right now so having someone that is doing it with me would be great!

I recommend you count the days down and keep a journal. Talk about your thoughts, reps, etc. another thing that motivated me. Most people quit after a couple of weeks. I did not want to be one of those. Take your pictures, and make yourself push play everyday. That helps to remove the excuses. Don't ge frustrated if the weight does not drop, keep pushing play. Your body will be changing, add weight or reps each time. Don't settle.

I currently work out twice per day. P90x and riding of the recumbandt bike. Today was legs and back, abs week 5. Don't add me if you want to be supported if you miss or find yoga boring. I do it anyway.

Haha to the yoga comment! I HATE yoga but do it anyway and I find that now I kind of look forward to it! I used to think yoga was so stupid...not so much anymore...it feels amazing...unless I fall over!

I find Yoga X repetitive but it does help me.

All the online support groups including the one on facebook as well as the Team Beachbody groups have been great! But what I really need is someone close to where I live to workout with. I need someone there to push me to get in an extra two reps or whatever it may be. I just need to stay active and someone to do it with, because having someone else to workout with I know would help me reach my goals quicker. I live just outside of Winston Salem N.C.
