Just finished Couch to 5K

Hi Everyone,
I just finished the Couch-To-5K running program. Since I know a lot of MFPers do C25K, I thought I'd mentioned that I posted a blog about my experience, which I think/hope is publicly accessible.

I'd love to get adds from other C25K people.
