to get excercise time in with so many kids.. i mean im forever moving around doin something but it is hard to put that time away to actually "excercise"! So my question is if i maintain my calorie intake and all that will i still continue to lose weight without so much excercise time? Im trying so hard to lose it but by the time its night time and the kids are asleep im so tired, im just wondering if i can skip a couple nights and still be on track? THANKS!

there are many on here who lost 50 plus pounds without exercise.

One girl waited for the last 10 and then started............she didnt get stuck.

The problem for me is 1200 cals just dont do it. I need the addl 200-300 so I can eat normally and be satisfied.

    :flowerforyou: Your doing great!!

I have 3 very active boys and some times I just don't have the energy (or time for that matter) to exercise. I have been pleasantly surprised many times that I went a week or more without exercise and still lost weight. Just stick to your calorie intake and you'll see that its possibly. It won't happen as fast as if you were exercising hard core but hey - BETTER LATE THAN NEVER! Right?
