Are you a peanut butter junkie? Unfortunately PB is more of a fat than a protein, but here's a simple way to turn it into a healthier option!
Mix 1T PB with 3T plain greek yogurt! Add a drizzle of honey if the yogurt is too overpowering.
This dip is the perfect 150(ish) calorie snack adder. Dip in your pretzles, apples, bananas or celery! I would even try it on toast!

I do this all the time with my apple slices. I use Greek Vanilla yogurt.. YUM!! And it only takes a hint of peanut butter to give it the effect you are eating Peanut butter.0

I've been eating this just about every day lately--except I use Chobani vanilla. I haven't tried strawberry or another flavor yet but that would probably be good too.0
