Help me fill up my diary for the day w/ another 700+ cals

Okay, I am usually pretty good about eating every last one of my yummy calories, but I'm a bit stuck today. I'm allergic to milk and gluten, so keep that in mind, but if you were me, how would you get in another 700-800 calories for the day?
Here's what it looks like right now:
Oops - forgot to add the baked potato with my dinner - 8 oz russet potato.
151 calories, 6 grams of protein, 0 fat, 39 carbs, 5 fiber, 0 sodium
I guess I only need another 645 calories...

How about some baked beans on toast?
Greek yoghurt (or soy sub) with some berries
Another egg (go the whole egg this time) on toast, peanut butter on another piece.
And then a glass of wine...!0
