my cals are coming in low but I don't feel like I'm not eating enough. I usually eat 2 scrabbled eggs(no butter or grease) and a half a cup of low fat cottage cheese and a apple for breakfast, lunch is usually a salad and a grilled chicken breast and a cup of fresh catalope, and for supper it's chicken breast and steamed veggie. for am and pm snack its carots and celery with alil light ranch or a peach or apple.I feel this is plenty..... I feel full. is this not enough?? my cals hit around 600-800 a day after exercise. I hope it don't hinder weight loss.

It's too low - you need to net 1200 calories after exercise. A couple simple ways to do this is use butter for your eggs, change from light to full fat dressing and from lowfat to full fat cottage cheese. Maybe add some avocado with your chicken and veggies and some brown rice if you aren't doing low-carb or perhaps add a serving of almonds as a snack.
Though it seems counter-intuitive, you really do have to eat to lose weight. I've been in your shoes so I totally get it. You are eating healthy things just not enough of them.
Here's a really informative link to read:

thanx bunches! I'll try to add some more food in somewhere. I've also noticed my protein is usually over. will that mess thing up?0

Nope! I'm almost always over on protein. MFP's generic macro's are automatically set to be low on protein and high on carbs so it doesn't really matter if you go over*. Also, I've found that the more protein I eat the longer I feel satiated which is always nice.
I've read weight trainers eat 1g per pound of body weight with serious body builders doing 1.5g per pound so eating as much as a body builder when you aren't might be a bit, well, much but what you're eating with the diet you listed is fine.
I personally track my sodium to keep an eye on that. I try to stay under that and carbs though I am not a low-carber.
*Kidney stones are caused by eating too much protein but not drinking enough water.0 -
Sounds like you need to add some fat into your diet. Fat is a good thing! It's higher in calories per gram, so you don't have to eat as much food to up your calories. Add some peanut butter to your breakfast apple or put olive oil on your veggies.
Eating so little will cause your body to adapt by slowing down your metabolism. That means when you return to normal eating habits, you will gain weight. You would have to eat this little for the rest of your life to maintain your weight loss.0
