I've had to lift light the last couple of weeks due to a lower back injury. I'm back to normal now.
Should I just keep increasing weights until i'm back to normal, or should I go hot right into the routine and do my normal 10lb/5lb increase?
Right now I'm at about 75% on them.

slowly increase making sure you done get any pain. if you jump straight in it will just set you back longer0

take your time and work back up to the weights.
it's better to spend an extra 2-3 weeks allowing yourself to recover than to jump back in and risk injury again, and possibly be out for months.0
