Ok so far I have lost my weight purely through calorie counting, I have a lot of weight to lose. So tomorrow starts my new relationship with exercise.
I am going to cycle to work tomorrow morning for the very first time...to say I am nervous is an understatement!!! But I am taking advantage of the nice weather we are having at the moment
It is only a short cycle...maybe 2/ 2.5km
wish me luck lol

Well I did it!!!!:happy: It wasn't as bad as I thought and I was a bit quiker than I thought I would be....I woldn't go as far as to say I enjoyed it, but I am very pleased that I managed it.0

You will enjoy it before long. You should also look into weights they help your body continue to burn for hours after you are done working out. Look into the New rules of lifting. Its great They have a program for men, women, abs etc and its very inexpensive. Good luck!0

Enjoy and make sure exercise becomes a part of your daily (or almost daily) routine. In time, you will really enjoy it and will miss the days you rest : )0
