10K Dinner/breakfast

Signed up for my first 10K anyone know the best thing to eat for dinner the night before and for breakfast the day of?

    Eat your normal dinner, high in carbs if possible. Don't eat too much or you will feel sluggish n the morning.

    The morning of the race eat several hundred calories high in carbs around 2 hours before the race, banana, yogurt, cereal, etc.

    Drink a lot of water the day before. Drink a little water the morning of.

    Show up early for the race because the bathroom lines will be long.

    Run fast.
