I need to find more friends with similar goals... Ive lost 15 lbs so far .. starting out at 190 .
Id like to have friends who are on the same path as me & we can help push each other .
Maybe give & take ideas & support as well .

    I think I'm 5'3" (163 cm) at about 140 lbs (64 kg) with about 20 lbs (10 kg) to lose.

    Sorry, I live in a metric country; I don't know my lbs and inches conversions very well.
