How much should I eat when weight lifting?

Hello! I begin weight lifting today and I know people say you should eat more, but how much more?

I currently eat 1500 calories, plus my exercise calories. Starting today, I'll be lifting every Tuesday and Thursday. How much more should I eat on these days?

Height: 5'4"
CW: 142 lbs
Body fat %: 30

GW: 129 LBS
Goal body fat: 24%

    It somewhat depends on your goals, bulking I would say 10%- 15% over TDEE. If looking to lose, 15% or so under TDEE.
